These extra special 14-karat white gold stud earrings feature mesmerizing 8mm round mixed-cut natural earth-mined Madeira Fire Citrines. Round cuts are not usually given to these more rare, costly gemstones, as so much rough is wasted in the cutting. In these dazzlingly vibrant Madeira Citrine gemstones, which give more than twice the sparkle of regular brilliant-cut gems, the pavilion of each vivid gemstone was given the standard brilliant cut, and then the girdle was given an additional step cut, for much more refraction and simply fabulous sparkle! The glorious rich Madeira Citrine color in these very good sized round earrings is strong to intense ORANGE with definite REDDISH overtones, and slight hints of PAPRIKA, even, strong to intense saturation and amazing fiery flashes of neon. These luscious, extra deep toned, rich fire Citrine gemstones have not been found in the 3 years since we purchased these beauties - this is our last pair, we have sold out of all the others we had, and it's highly unlikely we can locate more.
